I am a psychologist with an MBA and a unique background that combines clinical psychology with experience in international business. Before becoming a psychologist, I built a successful career in the corporate world, giving me first-hand insight into the pressures of high-performance environments, burnout, career transitions, and the search for deeper meaning. Alongside my clinical work, I facilitate transformational retreats in inspiring natural settings, combining psychological insight with reflective experiences that support personal growth.
My approach combines clinical expertise, deep empathy, and the pragmatic perspective I developed through my years in business. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore difficult emotions, long-standing patterns, trauma, or significant life transitions at your own pace. I believe healing is possible and that therapy should always respect your readiness and personal goals. At the beginning of our work together, we identify a therapeutic goal that gives direction to the process. As therapy evolves, those goals can naturally change—after all, it is your life, and you remain in control of your journey. In our sessions, I integrate psychological techniques with the principles of Life Design, helping you understand yourself more deeply while creating practical, sustainable change. I see diagnoses as useful guides for understanding your experiences, never as labels that define or limit your potential. Together, we work to identify and release unhelpful patterns, strengthen your sense of agency, and bridge the gap between where you are today and the life you want to build. My aim is to help you move beyond simply coping towards living with greater authenticity, purpose, and fulfilment.
My path into psychology has been anything but conventional. Before becoming a psychologist, I earned an MBA in London and spent many years building a successful career in international business. While this gave me invaluable insight into ambition, performance, and the pressures of professional life, it also led me to discover that my greatest fulfilment comes from helping people navigate change and reconnect with themselves. My own experiences—including career changes, international living, motherhood, marriage, and my personal therapy journey—have taught me how challenging it can be to begin again. They also showed me that growth is possible at every stage of life. For many years I lived as a digital nomad, and today I divide my time between Warsaw, where I see clients in person, and the transformational retreats I organise in Thailand and Iceland. These environments remind me of the importance of reflection, nature, and stepping outside familiar patterns. I believe that many of the boundaries we experience are not fixed but can be understood, challenged, and transformed. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can safely explore your story, discover your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I am an English-speaking psychologist offering in-person sessions in Warsaw and online worldwide. I specialise in supporting adults and couples experiencing midlife transitions, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. I combine evidence-based psychological practice with Life Design principles to help clients heal, gain clarity, and create lasting change.
