I also have 3-4 years experience working in the field of therapy and working with others to learn how to cope with certain life problems such as, motivation and procrastication, depression, high levels of anxiety, and others. I grew up in Spain but I am English. During my childhood, I was brought up nicknamed by my parents as the ‘air fresher’ of the family! Meaning that I always somehow came with a new look and positive perspective of situations and always had a smile on my face which reflected on to others. I guess I have continued this narrative in to my adult life and into my career too and it is now my full time job! When i’m not working I love doing yoga, meditation, contortion exercises and being in nature. I also love extreme sports such as, skiing, parachuting and skydiving with my other half.
