I am a General Health Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy. Throughout my professional career, I have pursued extensive specialised training to provide comprehensive, evidence-based support tailored to each person’s unique needs. I am certified in EMDR by the European EMDR Association and have specialised training in hypnosis and reprocessing techniques. My professional background also includes psychotherapy with children and adolescents, family therapy, couples therapy, clinical psychosomatic therapy, support for people experiencing gender-based violence, grief counselling, brief therapy, sex therapy, third-wave therapies, personality-related difficulties, and projective techniques. This broad and multidisciplinary background allows me to support people experiencing a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges across different stages of life.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and focused on creating meaningful and lasting change. I believe that every person has a unique life story, personal strengths, and individual challenges, which is why I adapt the therapeutic process to each person’s circumstances rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Drawing from EMDR, third-wave therapies, brief therapy, systemic approaches, and other evidence-based interventions, I help clients better understand the experiences and patterns behind their difficulties while developing practical tools to improve their emotional wellbeing. Whether supporting people with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, psychosomatic symptoms, personality-related difficulties, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to move forward. I value a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and authenticity. Together, we work not only on reducing difficulties and emotional distress, but also on fostering personal growth, resilience, and a deeper understanding of oneself.
I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others. My work is guided by empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to supporting each person’s journey towards greater emotional balance and fulfilment. Over the years, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents experiencing a variety of psychological concerns. These experiences have reinforced my belief that change is possible when people are provided with the right support, tools, and a safe environment to explore their experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative process that promotes self-awareness, healing, and personal development. My aim is to accompany clients with warmth, sensitivity, and clinical expertise, helping them build healthier relationships, overcome emotional difficulties, and create more satisfying and meaningful lives.
I am a General Health Psychologist based in Madrid, offering both in-person and online therapy sessions for adults, couples, families, older adults, children, and teenagers. I work in English, Spanish and German. I provide integrative, evidence-based therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs, with specialised training in EMDR, trauma, anxiety, relationships, grief, family and couples therapy, and emotional wellbeing across different life stages. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, creating a safe space to support personal growth, resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
