My Credentials:

I’m a licensed psychologist based in Greece, Regular member of the Greek Association of Psychologists (SEPS), Affiliate Member of the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) and International Affiliate Member of the American Psychological Association (APA). I was also a recipient of the Gold Company Award 2025 for Psychologists — Client Satisfaction Excellence. I hold a BA in Psychology from the European University of Cyprus and an MSc in Social Work from the University of Nicosia. I hold Pedagogic and Didactic Competence, having graduated from the Department of French Language and Literature at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I am trained in administering the MMPI-2 for personality and psychopathology assessment, as well as the WISC-V, which evaluates the cognitive abilities of children and adolescents. Committed to lifelong learning, I have obtained certifications in areas including Psychopathology, Depression, Child Psychology, School Psychology, Counseling, and Life Coaching. In my private practice—both in-person and online—I provide systemic psychotherapy and counseling to clients worldwide.

My Approach:

I practice from a systemic perspective, understanding psychological difficulties in relation to the social, cultural and interpersonal contexts in which they develop. Through guided inquiry, including Socratic questioning, exploration of meaning and identification of recurring dynamics, we examine how thoughts, emotions and behaviours interact and what sustains them.

An attachment-informed approach helps you recognise your attachment style and understand how it shapes your expectations of intimacy, emotional responses and behaviour across different relationships. These patterns may be expressed differently with romantic partners, parents, friends or colleagues.

The therapeutic relationship itself is an integral part of our work. I do not position myself as a detached observer. Rather, I actively participate in the therapeutic system, using the interaction between us as a source of clinical insight.

I believe that the way we understand our experiences shapes the possibilities we see for ourselves. Therapy can help us revisit established narratives, develop new meanings and create greater freedom in how we respond to the present and the future. In this sense, I believe it is never too late to create a good childhood. My aim is to foster self-awareness, clarity, self-compassion, resilience and agency.

Like Virgil guiding Dante through the Inferno, I see my role as a therapist as accompanying you through difficult territory, offering perspective and direction while respecting your autonomy.

I engage in ongoing personal therapy and professional supervision as part of my commitment to ethical clinical practice.

About Me:

In my sessions, I integrate psychotherapy with psychoeducation, with a particular focus on negotiation as an essential life skill. I work with interpersonal challenges including divorce, family dynamics, parenting and crisis management, as well as major life transitions such as job loss and career change. I also support clients who are healing from relationships involving narcissism and emotional abuse, helping them recognise patterns, regain clarity and develop ways of relating and responding that benefit them.

As a Psychology Instructor, I provide education to parents, teachers and mental health professionals on topics including identity development, self-esteem, positive psychology, child and adolescent psychology, bullying, personality models and related areas.

I do not believe that therapists hold all the answers. From a systemic perspective, our role is to ask the right questions that help you discover answers that make sense within your own world, while developing healthy and sustainable ways of coping. Becoming a mother at 24 taught me that growth is rarely linear and that every step forward matters.

What I can promise you is this: I will listen, support you and challenge you when needed. I will not sugarcoat things, but I will be beside you with compassion as you step into the discomfort that can lead to meaningful change.

Cancellation policy requires at least 24h notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24h are charged in full, as it is important to maintain the therapeutic frame and the time reserved.

Summary:

A significant part of my clinical practice involves complex relationship dynamics, particularly narcissism and associated forms of psychological abuse, including manipulation, coercive control, emotional invalidation and gaslighting. These experiences can leave you questioning your boundaries, your choices, even your sense of identity.

Working with individuals and couples internationally, across diverse cultural, social and personal backgrounds, I provide support through major life transitions, including divorce, career change, and expatriate transitions, as well as burnout, emotional exhaustion and trauma.

My approach integrates Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on self-awareness, attachment styles and assertive communication.

When we understand what is shaping us, we create the possibility of choosing how we respond, rather than remaining governed by patterns that no longer serve us.
