I am a caring and compassionate therapist with a heartfelt commitment to supporting children, teenagers, and adults. I bring personal experience as an expatriate parent, having lived and raised children across more than ten countries—including Malaysia, Qatar, China, Côte d’Ivoire, Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, the USA, Cambodia, and South Africa. These experiences provide me with a deep understanding of cultural transitions, identity, and belonging.
My therapy is grounded in kindness, empathy, and genuine connection. I specialize in solution-focused short-term therapy, helping clients discover their strengths and develop practical strategies for hope and healing. I use evidence-based techniques like mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies to support clients with depression, anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges. My work also includes parenting support tailored to the realities of raising children in diverse cultural settings. I create a safe, nurturing space where children can express emotions through play, teenagers can gain self-awareness, and adults can manage stress and anxiety. I am particularly passionate about working with Third Culture Kids (TCK) and internationally mobile families, offering culturally sensitive support to foster resilience, identity, and belonging.
What I cherish most is walking alongside individuals and families during vulnerable moments, offering warmth, encouragement, and hope. I believe in meeting each person where they are, honoring their unique stories and cultures, and collaborating as partners on the path toward healing and growth. I am committed to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice, ensuring my approach is responsive, inclusive, and effective. My diverse life experiences enrich my understanding and deepen my compassion, allowing me to serve as a trusted guide. In essence, my work is fueled by kindness and a deep belief in the human spirit. I am honored to help children, teens, and adults navigate challenges, embrace their strengths, and flourish with confidence and joy in a constantly evolving world.
