I’m a Licensed General Health Psychologist (M-42845) and I’ve had the privilege of working with people at every stage of life — from children and teenagers to adults and older adults. I hold a Master’s in General Health Psychology and have pursued advanced studies in Cognitive and Behavioural Neuroscience, which helps me understand the fascinating ways our brain, behaviour, and emotions all talk to each other.
Over the years, I’ve supported people through a wide range of experiences: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, substance use, eating difficulties, and relationship challenges, among others. My work is grounded in behavioural analysis and guided by a gender-sensitive perspective — because I believe that who we are is always shaped by the world around us. I’m also actively involved in research and community outreach, and I’m committed to bringing the most current, evidence-based approaches into every session.
Therapy, to me, is a space where you get to be fully heard — no judgement, no pressure, just genuine understanding. I see you not as a problem to fix, but as a whole person with your own values, strengths, and real capacity for growth.
Whether you’re dealing with emotional distress, patterns you’d like to change, or a specific concern you’ve been carrying for a while, we’ll work together at your pace to make sense of what’s going on, connect with what truly matters to you, and find practical strategies that actually fit your life. Our work will always be collaborative, honest, and rooted in mutual respect — with evidence-based tools adapted to what feels right for you. The goal? A safe, supportive space where real change can happen.
At the heart of how I work are two things I genuinely care about: empathy and curiosity. They’re what help me build therapeutic relationships where you feel truly seen and listened to.
I offer sessions in both Spanish and English, and I’m deeply committed to creating a warm, inclusive space for people of all backgrounds and identities — everyone is welcome here. Beyond the clinic, I love making psychology more accessible to wider audiences, because I believe mental health knowledge shouldn’t be reserved for therapy rooms. I’m also passionate about digital ethics and online safety, topics that are increasingly woven into our emotional lives and that I bring into my work when relevant.
Whatever brings you here, I’m glad you found your way. 🌿
