I am a licensed psychologist registered with the Ordine degli Psicologi della Lombardia (OPL n. 28866). I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bergamo and a specialisation in Systemic Therapy at the International School of Systemic Therapy (ISST), Bergamo. My clinical work is grounded in the systemic-relational tradition, focusing on psychological experiences within relationships, family systems, and cultural environments.
I offer therapy in English and Hindi (both my mother tongue), as well as Italian (fluent). Being able to express thoughts and emotions in the language that feels most natural can make an important difference in therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families depending on the nature of the request. Sessions are available in person in Bergamo and online for clients across Italy and internationally.
My work is rooted in a systemic-relational framework. This means we look at personal experiences not only as individual psychological events but also as part of a network of relationships and contexts. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, therapy becomes a space to explore patterns: how relational dynamics have developed over time and how they influence present experiences. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating situations or emotional reactions that are difficult to make sense of. By examining these patterns together, we can begin to understand how they formed and how they might shift. The therapeutic process is collaborative. I aim to create an atmosphere that is thoughtful, respectful, and human, where reflection can coexist with moments of lightness that open new ways of thinking.
I am an English-speaking psychologist based in Bergamo. I moved to Italy in my early twenties and built my life here, navigating a new language and cultural environment. Relocation can bring identity shifts, changes in relationships, and moments of isolation. Living across cultures often raises questions about belonging and connection that are not always easy to explore. Because I have experienced this personally, I bring sensitivity to the psychological realities of living abroad. My work with international clients often involves exploring how cultural environments, language, and relationships influence one’s sense of self. Creating a space where clients can speak freely, without needing to translate their experiences, is central to my practice.
I am a psychologist based in Bergamo, offering in-person sessions locally and online therapy to international clients. I provide therapy in English, Hindi, and Italian. I offer systemic-relational therapy for individuals, couples, and families, supporting concerns such as anxiety, relational difficulties, identity, and life transitions.
I frequently work with expats, international clients, intercultural couples, and those navigating cross-cultural experiences. My aim is to create a space where experiences can be explored thoughtfully and without judgment, allowing new perspectives and meaningful change to emerge.
